About Kathy Santini
As a life and business coach and the owner of Arbutus Coaching, I work with clients on a variety of issues, including reaching personal and professional goals, and work-life balance, among others. I offer individual and group coaching sessions, in addition to public and corporate workshops. I am an in-demand public speaker. My clients include realtors, consultants, small business owners, artists, cancer survivors and a host of men and women who want to increase the quality of their lives, or take their lives to the next level. As a result of a life-threatening illness, I feel an urgency about life, one that I share with my clients. Since this experience, I have: worked in war-torn Sierra Leone, spent four months sailing through the Caribbean and Bahamas, built a house, worked in Kabul, Afghanistan for NATO and started my own business. Why? That’s easy…because life isn’t a dress rehearsal.
